Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeline

We aim to process and ship orders within the timeline stated at checkout (typically processed within 24 hours of order placement). Orders are generally shipped on business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking details. You can use this link to track the status of your package until it arrives at your doorstep.

Delivery Responsibility

We take full responsibility for ensuring a safe delivery experience. If your package arrives with visible external damage, please do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons related to personal taste preferences. However, we have a transparent policy to handle issues regarding damage or errors.

1. Damaged or Broken Items

If you receive a damaged jar or the package is broken upon delivery:

• Action: Please do not consume the product if the glass is broken.
• Reporting: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Resolution: We will verify the issue and dispatch a replacement jar immediately at no extra cost to you.

2. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered:

• Reporting: Notify us within 48 hours with a photo of the item received.
• Resolution: We will ship the correct item to you free of cost. In many cases, we may not require you to return the incorrect item—you may keep it or gift it to a friend.

3. Refunds

Refunds are generally processed only for orders that are cancelled before shipping or for undeliverable shipments. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Shipping Cancellation

Orders placed but not yet shipped may be cancelled at our discretion. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

2. Post-Shipping Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number generated, cancellations are not possible.

3. Undeliverable Orders

In the rare event that we (or our courier partners) are unable to deliver your order due to logistical issues, we will cancel the order and process a full prompt refund to you.
